Responsibilities:
Interfaces cooperate with Global QA Operations Team for regular (periodic) reviews of the site performance on PQA's under the president office of Headquarter.
Designs and manages the systems and databases to support the customer complaint handling flow.
Acts as a point of Contact for all quality-related processes and new product qualifications.
Facilitates cross-functional teams in resolution to Quality/ Reliability, Administrative or Application related customer issues.
Provides a link between group manufacturing bases and the sales or customer.
Leads the Customer Service Department in setting directions for difficult problems and major customer issues solving.
Acts as a coach and mentor for junior engineers and other personnel to develop the right work attitude and problem analysis approach.
Responsible for establishing and fostering a business relationship with key customer's technical representatives.
Responsible for customer scorecards and improvement efforts.
Responsible for Customer visits particularly during resolution of major issues at the customer.

Achievements:
Lead TS16949 project and got the certification within one year..
Successfully merging two departments (QA & CS department upon 33 staff) within 6 months.
Revised and improved the customer complain system and customer service optimization which resulted to significant response time reduction and quality improvements without compromising cost and conformance to product specifications.
Lead teams of engineers and technicians to solve technical problems relating to product failure and customer complains.
Extensively characterized new power products for Engineering Evaluation, Qualification, Reliability, and for customer support or requirements.
Managed and supervised Failure Analysis for failure parts and coordinated activities, corrective actions taken and implemented to improve product quality and reliability.
Analyzed test data using engineering statistics and presented results to the management team. Recommended solutions, improvement efforts, and immediate action plans to resolve issues.
Provided technical or circuit application related support to various customers.
